Iris Apfel Documentary
93-year-old Iris Apfel is the subject in Albert Maysles last documentary, Iris. The film will be released in New York April 29, and the critically acclaimed director passed away over month ago. Maysles’ leaves us with a glimpse into the fashion icon’s life – from her wardrobe in her Park Avenue apartment to memorable interactions with Bruce Weber and Kanye West – capturing every bit of her energy. BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund Winner: Mary Katrantzou 
Mary Katrantzou is this year’s recipient of BFC/Vogue Designer Fashion Fund Prize. The shortlist included Osman, Sophia Webster, Emilia Wickstead, Holly Fulton, Michael van der Ham and Mother of Pearl. Mary came out on top, taking home a prize of £200,000 and mentoring from the likes of Alex Shulman and Caroline Rush.

Fendi's Microbag Theories
Fendi presents seven theories for the micro bag trend in their new film “Where Do Microbags Come From?”. Featuring Fendi’s “Fur Monsters,” one theory suggests The Scary theory, while another explains that it was the Big Bang theory, where two bags collide and explode into 100s of microbags. Christopher Kane’s London Store
Last night, Christopher Kane celebrated the opening of his first physical retail space on Mount Street, London. Designed by architect John Pawson, the minimalist interiors feature an off-white palette, mirrored surfaces and transparent display cases.
